Returns and Exchanges

ONLINE REFUND POLICY
If you wish to return an item simply because you change your mind we will exchange or refund provided you:

  • return it within 14 days from the date of purchase; and
  • the item is unworn and in its original condition; and
  • all original labels and tickets are attached to the item; and
  • you provide an INDIGO original receipt as proof of purchase
Should you wish to exchange the item for an alternative size or colour, please enclose with your goods a postage paid, self addressed bag. Please note: all postage costs will be covered by the customer. If the same item is no longer available you may choose between a store credit of equivalent value to the item purchased or a refund crediting your original method of payment.

RETURN TO INDIGO STORE
For your convenience, items purchased online by Australian residents may be exchanged or refunded at any of our INDIGO stores provided all the Refund Policy conditions are met.

RETURN TO INDIGO ONLINE
Alternatively, you may post your purchase to INDIGO online. Please include the receipt and returns/exchange form (comes with your order) with your goods and indicate the reason for your return.

As Indigo is not liable for the loss of garments being returned, we highly recommend you return your unwanted goods using registered mail.
